Press kit
The price you see is the price you pay.
nftix is ticketing for independent venues and the artists who fill them. The advertised price is the charged price — itemized down to the card processor's cut. Artists earn on every resale, automatically. The door scans a rotating pass — a screenshot goes stale in seconds, and the first scan claims the seat. All of it is enforced by code, not policy.

Every claim, checkable
— All-in pricing: open any event page; the "where the money goes" table itemizes the artist's share, the venue's share, Stripe's processing fee, and our flat 10% service fee. The browse price equals the checkout price by construction — display, quote, and charge share one pricing engine.
— Resale royalties: splits execute inside the ticket contract on every secondary sale. Verifiable on-chain.
— Resale-law compliance in code: statutory price caps across 40+ jurisdictions are enforced at listing time and at every purchase, not in a terms-of-service PDF.
— "I was there" is not a slogan: proof cards only exist for seats that were physically scanned at the door. No scan, no card — try it.
— The history is permanent: proof pages and door counts never expire. Open any past show's event page — it says what happened and how many can prove it. Nobody, including us, can edit that number.
— Even the boast is earned: the "I'll be there" pledge card only exists while a real ticket sits in a wallet — and at the door scan the same URL becomes that fan's "I was there." Find any pledge link and check it the morning after.
The receipts
The claims above aren't aspirations — they run under a standing verification fleet, and we rehearse them against this live site before we print them. Recorded measurements, most recent pass 2026‑07‑13:
— The door, under pressure: 70 garbage scans fired at the live gate returned verdicts up to exactly the documented rate budget, then a wall — zero server errors, median response 69ms. "Sub-second" is a measurement here, not an adjective.
— The graduation, witnessed: before we printed "the same link becomes the proof at the door," we watched it happen — eight machine-checked assertions, including that a faked or stale verdict can't survive in any cache.
— The refusals name themselves: a presale lock, a fair-queue hold, a wrong-owner scan, and a network failure at the gate each say exactly what they are — asserted live, including the precedence rules between them.
On a call, we'll run any of them for you — each is one command, and each goes red on drift before a journalist would ever catch it. That's the point.
The questions we always get
Is this crypto? Fans buy with a card and an email. Under the hood each ticket is a token on an energy-light network — that's what makes the split math auditable and the royalties automatic. Nobody needs a wallet app.
You still charge 10%. How is that better? It's flat, it's inside the advertised price, and it's printed next to the artist's share on the same receipt. Industry add-on fees average 25–35%, revealed at the last click.
What happens if your servers go down on show night? Ticket ownership lives on a public chain; our scanners verify against it directly if our own database is ever behind. The door doesn't depend on one company's uptime.
Self-serve assets
Every event has a generated poster: append /api/events/<contract>/poster to this domain (add ?mode=after for the morning-after card once a show has real scans). Proof cards live at /proof/<contract>/<seat> — they 404 unless that seat was scanned, which is the story. And the sound: /the-beep.wav is the clean-pass tone every door plays — D6, 1175 Hz square, 120 ms, synthesized from the scanner's exact parameters. Use it as-is; the brand rule is bit-identical, never sweetened.
