nftix — terms of service · effective July 13, 2026

The deal, in plain language.

What you're buying

A ticket on nftix is a record on World Chain, held in your wallet. It admits one person to the named event, once, at the door scan. The venue and artists put the event on sale; nftix is the platform they sell it through. The show itself — the lineup, the set times, whether it happens — is the venue's and artists' responsibility, not ours.

What it costs

The price you see is the price you pay. Card purchases carry our service fee — 10%, minimum $0.99 — already included in the advertised price, itemized before you pay. Crypto purchases pay the on-chain price with 0% platform fee. There is no surprise line at checkout; if you ever see one, that's a bug and we want to hear about it.

Resale

You can list your ticket for resale in the app. The event's resale terms — the price cap and the royalties that flow back to the artists and venue — are stamped on-chain per listing and enforced by the contract, not by promises. While a ticket is listed it sits in escrow and won't pass the door; cancel the listing and it works again immediately. Off-platform resale can't carry these protections, and a ticket bought outside nftix may not be one at all.

When something goes wrong

If we charge your card and cannot deliver the ticket, the charge is refunded — automatically, that's built into the fulfillment machinery. Beyond that, refunds for cancelled or changed events follow the venue's policy for that event. Crypto transactions settle on a public blockchain and are final in the way that blockchains are final.

Your wallet

Your wallet is created and secured through Privy when you sign up. Guard your sign-in like the tickets it holds: anyone who controls your email controls your account. We can't reverse on-chain transfers made from your wallet.

What you post

Clips post from your pass only if you were scanned into the show — attendance is the gate. You own what you post; you give us the license to display it on nftix. Don't post what isn't yours or what a reasonable venue would throw you out for. We can remove content that breaks these rules.

Fair play

No bots, no bulk-buying, no forging passes, no probing the door for weaknesses. We rate-limit and cap purchases to keep tickets with fans; attempting to beat those systems can cost you your account.

The honest fine print

nftix is provided as-is; to the extent the law allows, our liability for a problem is capped at what you paid us for the order in question. We may update these terms — materially changed terms get a new effective date on this page. Questions: support@nftix.io.
